Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, offers a wide variety of exciting and challenging academic programs through its twenty-nine, degree-granting units. Altogether, these units schedule over 4,000 courses each semester at the Camden, Newark and New Brunswick campuses.

The mission of the Scheduling and Space Management office is to schedule academic facilities for courses, examinations, and events in a manner that promotes teaching effectiveness for faculty and learning experiences and co-curricular activities for students—all of which are integral to higher education. The goal of the Space Management operation is to accurately maintain databases of all Rutgers University buildings, rooms, and floor plans.

The Digital Classroom Services (DCS) division designs and creates new learning environments, troubleshoots and maintains audio visual equipment, and provides technical training and support for our faculty and equipment users of  the general purpose classrooms on the New Brunswick campuses.
