The Rutgers Business School building opened in 2013 and now serves as a gateway to Livingston Campus. There are various nooks for student studying throughout the building, as well as almost two dozen small meeting rooms that RBS students can reserve. However, the most visible public space is the second-floor mezzanine. At the top of the grand staircase that faces the main entrance of the building (the entrance facing away from Livingston Plaza, and towards the Livingston Ecological Preserve), the mezzanine has soft seating, as well as various tables and chairs. It is a common meeting place for students on their way to and from class.
