The OASIS Canvas site is where you can find information and announcements regarding course scheduling matters.

On our canvas site you will find a plethora of information:
- Training documents for CourseAtlas and CSS (the course scheduling systems) and IMS (the mainframe system with real-time rosters and special permission numbers)
- A list of the departments/programs which each Scheduling Analyst and Scheduling Officer/Administrative Coordinator manages
- A list of the departmental contacts (faculty/staff from departments/programs) and the subject codes they manage
- An archive of important dates for each semester of course scheduling
- An archive of emails and announcements (under “Announcements” on the left panel)

For access to the OASIS Canvas site, please complete the OASIS Systems Access form and email it to our department at sched@echo.rutgers.edu.
