The conference room located in the Digital Learning Commons provides advanced technology to host sophisticated and seamless meetings. Using Cisco Webex Codec Plus, our conference room delivers unmatched video and audio experiences. The conference room is equipped with two Samsung TVs, two table microphones, and Cisco Spark Room Kit Quad Camera. Two whiteboards offer space for guests to conveniently take notes when necessary and the room also has an adjustable podium.

More About The Space
After reserving your time, proceed to the Information Desk in the Digital Learning Commons at Alexander Library where OIT Staff will provide access to the studio (you will need your RUID).
Please leave the room exactly as you found it, including rearranging the furniture to its original layout and wiping down the whiteboards. Cleaning supplies are available from the service desk upon request.
