Space Management | Academic Scheduling and Instructional Space

Space Management surveys, analyzes, and reports on 15 million gross square feet of Rutgers-New Brunswick space. Our Space Planning Analysts utilize Archibus, data visualization, and database tools to promote the understanding of space on campus, and contribute to decision-making. We partner with most academic and administrative units on campus in fulfilling these functions. Contact us for custom reports, surveying, and training. We can help you develop a custom space report, perform a space walkthrough, review your space data, or provide training in Archibus and other applications.

What We Do

The Office of Academic Scheduling and Instructional Space schedules courses, exams, and events, to help promote a university-wide learning ecosystem.
